ICM Electronics engineered, produced and installed complete line for palletising of PET bottles. ICM produced and integrated conveyors for PET bottle packs, pallet magazine, carton sheet magazine, robotic palletiser, pallet conveyor and safety system. Before operation forklift driver places empty pallets into magazine and carton sheets into carton magazine. Operators needs to pick on HMI product thet will be palletised. Pallet magazine extracts pallets one by one and sends them to the robot. Robot picks cartons from carton magazine and places it onto a pallet. Then, robot picks 2 to 3 packs (depending on product type) and places them onto the pallet. After each layer, robot places a new carton sheet onto packs. Once pallet is finished, it moves to the automatic pallet wrapper. After wrapping, pallet moves to outfeed conveyor where it is picked up by a forklift.
Robotic palletiser packs bottles of different size: 0.5L, 1.5L and 2.0L of natural and carbonated water
Capacity of the line is following:

ICM Electronics produced and installed robot line for palletising of veneers/lamellas. Robotic line consists of robot with multifunctional gripper, conveyor for veneer blocks, pallet conveyor and magazine for plastic battens.
Since it is needed to put on pallet veneers and plastic battens, ICM made a palletiser with multifunctional gripper which can pick up veneers of different dimensions as well as different number of battens. Lenght of veneers varies from 800 to 2600mm, while width of veneers varies 110 to 300mm. Number of battens placed onto a pallet depends on lenghts of veneers. The longer the veneer, more battens needs to be placed onto a pallet. Width of pallet is always 1100mm and system calculates automatically how many veneers can fit onto a pallet. It is only needed for operator to enter into the machine width and lenght of veneers and system will calculate and ser up automatically number of veneers that onto a pallet, space between veneers and number of battens needed. It is also needed for operators to fill in magazine with battens before start of machine. Depending on lenght of veneer, magazine releases needed number of battens onto a conveyor which brings battens to the robot automatically. Once battens are infront of the robot, robot would pick them up and place them onto a pallet.
Veneer conveyors together with system for veneer transfer form a 1100mm wide layer of veneer blocks. Veneer conveyors bring layer of veneer blocks to the robot. Robot picks up all veneers from the layer of blocks and puts them onto a pallet. In this way, pallet is ready for drying process.
Capacity of the line depends on width of veneers. The narrower veneer, robot can pick up more veneers per cycle.

ICM Electronics produced and installed a robot line for bag palletising of flour. Robot line consists of a robot arm with mulifunctional gripper, bag conveyor, bundle pack conveyor, pallet conveyor, automatic pallet wrapper and bottom sheet dispenser.
Because space is very limited, ICM made a multifunctional gripper which can bring pallets from a magazine, bring bottom sheet onto an empty pallet and stack different types of products. Robot can stack 3 different types of products: 25kg bags, 30kg bags and bundle packs 10x1kg. Gripper has two independent tools, so that robot can pick up 2 smaller bags and leave them independentlly of each other.
When robot stacks all bags onto a pallet, then pallet moves onto automatic pallet wrapping machine.
After wrapping process, pallet moves to outfeed conveyor where it is being picked up by a forklift.

ICM Electronics produced and installed a line for automatic insertion and evacuation of pallets into/from cooling cells. Cells are designed for cooling sour dairy products. System is made of infeed conveyor where operator places „hot“ products, shuttle car with telescopic forks, outfeed conveyor for cooled products and cooling cells.
Operator places „hot“ pallet onto infeed conveyor and pressing a button which tells system what pallet is being inserted. Once button is pressed, system know for how long to keep pallet in cooling cell. Then, shuttle car picks up pallet from infeed conveyor and takes it into first free cooling cell. There are total od 18 cells (nine on each side). Once pallet is inserted into a cell, a fan starts operating. Fan creates intensive circulation of air between products. Fan is also blowing and airbag inside the cell which seals pallets and directs all the air towards products. This is the most effective way of cooling products which reduces cooling time. Cooling time differes from product to product. Once product is cooled, shuttle car picks pallet up and takes it onto the outfeed conveyor. Forklift picks up pallet from outfeed conveyor and takes it to a warehouse.

ICM produced and installed a robot line for palletizing of rubber bales into wooden and metal crates. Line consists of following units: roller conveyor for empty crates, weighing conveyor for crates, conveyor for full crates, palletizing robot, printer, conveyor for bales, safety fences and control cabinet with software. Complete line was produced and tested at ICM facilities before delivery. Line was engineered to satisfy customer demands and to be able to pack bales into wooden and metal crates. Wooden and metal crates are different in size and they can fit different number of bales. Capacity of the line is 15 bales per minute.
Operator needs to put empty crates on roller conveyor for empty bales with a fork lift. Empty crate travels to the conveyor which is on weighing cells. This conveyor measures mass of empty and full crates. Then crates need to be positioned in front of the robot. Robot takes bale after bale and places them into the positioned crate. Once palletizing process is finished, printer labels the crate (mass of full crate, mass of empty crate, date, time, LOT number, etc.) After labeling, pallet travels to the outfeed conveyor where fork lift takes it off the line.

ICM engineered, produced and installed conveyor system for Heineken factory in Novi Sad. Conveyor system consists of roller-chain conveyor and 3 chain conveyors of different lengths, safety fences, control cabinet and software. ICM also integrated a Bornbider machine which straps pallets with a rope.
ICM engineered, produced and installed a robotic bag palletiser. Robot cell consists of robot arm with a gripper, bag conveyor with weighing cells and pallet positioners. Based on measured weight, robot stacks bags on different pallets. Bags which are within limits are packed on 1 pallets and all other bags are packed onto a second pallet. Robot can stack bags from 5 to 25kg. Capacity of robot cell is 720 to 1400 bags per hour depending on bag size.
ICM engineered, produced and installed a robotic cell for packaging of pralines and assorted chocolates into a plastic tray. Robotic cell consists of robot arm on a stand with integrated vision, conveyor for products, denester for plastic trays, and conveyor for trays. Depending on product, capacity of the robot cell is between 60 and 100 chocolates per minute.

ICM engineered, produced and installed conveyor system for Heineken factory in Novi Sad. Conveyor system consists of roller-chain conveyor and 3 chain conveyors of different lengths, safety fences, control cabinet and software.
Conveyors were installed on input side of existing line before depalletiser. New conveyor system allows beer producer to put two pallets with empty bottles onto conveyor line in one move. In the old system operator had to put one by one pallet on the conveyor. New system sped up pallet manipulation and reduced milage of forklift, thus reducing energy costs.
ICM engineered, produced and installed two conveyor systems for Heineken factory in Zaječar. Both conveyor system consists of roller-chain conveyor and a chain conveyors, safety fences, control cabinet and software.
One conveyor line was installed on input side of existing line before depalletiser. Second conveyor line was installed after palletiser. New conveyor system allows beer producer to put/take off two pallets with empty/full bottles onto/from conveyor line in one move. In the old system operator had to put one by one pallet on the conveyor. New system sped up pallet manipulation and reduced milage of forklift, thus reducing energy costs.
ICM Electronics produced and isntalled robot cell for palletizing of wooden products. Capacity of the robot is 120 products per minute.
Depending on the product, robot picks 10 to 18 products in one cylce. Robot cell was engeineered to pack 10 different types of products, but if it is neccessary this range can be expended.
